Cargearstore.com ships worldwide, but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
All shipments destined for countries outside & inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.
Delivery to European countries can include taxes
For orders destinated in European countries, Cargearstore.com can neither collect or pay Use Tax or Sales
Tax on the Client’s behalf. European State Authorities may require European citizens to pay these taxes for online
purchases. Cargearstore.com cannot be held responsible for these taxes under any circumstances.
The concept is to ship our goods international directly from our remote warehouse. In this way we can constantly expand our range with new and exciting products. The delivery time is typically 2-4 weeks.

RETURN OG GOODS
In order to claim the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by e-mail or on sociale media in a clear statement within 7 days of receipt of the item. After receipt, you must handle the goods alone in a way that allows you to determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which they operate.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words – The item can be tried in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
In the case of a pure return / exchange item, the cost of the return will accrue to you – in return we will pay for the newly exchanged item to be sent to you again. You bear the risk of the goods from the delivery of the goods and upon return you are responsible for the goods being properly wrapped.
You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice at the same time.
VALUE & PACKAGING
If the item is tried, in addition to what is described above, we consider it “used”, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you can only return a small portion or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise value of the item. We consider used goods as being of no trade value.
All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order number.
